Matt and Courtney booked me quite a while ago for their wedding. They have been together since high school and they were so excited to celebrate their love with family and friends. It may have rained a little bit, but that didn’t stop them from having a beautiful wedding day.
This was my first time photographing at the Museum of Appalachia, and I was so excited. First of all the grounds are beautiful, but also there is just so much history and cool things to look at. After the ceremony everyone even got about an hour to tour the museum.
The entire day you could just feel the excitement from Matt and Courtney about marrying each other. A smile didn’t leave either of their faces the entire time. It was a real honor to get to be a part of this significant day in their history together.
